Tybee Island

Close to Savannah, but a world away. Kick off your shoes, (or wear flip flops if you must), and bury your toes in the sand with a drink in your hand.

Tybee Island is a vacationer’s dream, but off the beaten path there lies private residences, both beachfront and ocean adjacent, that offer year-round beach living for those looking to truly unwind.

Much like Savannah, Tybee Island is a locally owned economy. Restaurants favored by locals become immediate hot spots. The Deck, under the same ownership as downtown Savannah’s Collin’s Quarter and The Fitzroy, boasts a coastal-fusion menu of eclectic offerings begging to be tried. On Tybee’s Northside is Salt Island Fish and Beer. A newcomer to Tybee’s dining scene, Salt Island serves up gourmet quality seafood that can be consumed in a swimsuit. Of course, no Tybee dining roundup would be complete without The Sundae Cafe. Situated on the north side of the island, the Sundae Cafe serves up some of the best food on the island.

Tybee offers a vacation atmosphere year-round. Ready for your permanent vacation.
